How do I share an iCloud subscription?

With Family Sharing, you and up to five family members can enjoy shared access to incredible Apple services like Apple Music, Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade. You can also share purchases from iTunes, Apple Books and the App Store, as well as an iCloud storage plan or a family photo album. And your whole family can even help each other locate a lost device.

You automatically get 5GB of free iCloud storage for your photos, videos, files and more. If you need additional iCloud storage, you can upgrade your plan from any of your devices.

You can share your iCloud account with up to 5 people: together you'll form an"Apple family".

For the ownerhow to change package and benefit from more storage space :

On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

1. Go to Settings >[your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage or iCloud Storage.
2. Touch Buy additional storage or Change storage package.
3. Select a package.
4. Touch Buy and follow the on-screen instructions.

On your Mac

1. Select the Apple menu  > System Preferences, then click on Apple ID. If you're using macOS Mojave or earlier, you don't need to click Apple ID.
2. Click on iCloud.
3. Click on Manage in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Click on Change storage package or Buy additional storage, then choose a plan.
5. Click Next, then enter the password associated with your Apple ID.

On your Windows PC

1. Open iCloud for Windows.
2. Click on Storage.
3. Click on Change storage package.
4. Choose a package, then click Next.
5. Enter the password associated with your Apple ID, then click on Buy.

For owners, invite a co-subscriber

In order to invite someone to join your subscription, your co-subscriber must provide you with the e-mail address or ID used for his/her Apple account. If he/she doesn't have one, he/she will have to create one.

From your iPhone or iPad :

1️⃣ Go to Settings > iCloud (your name) then Family Sharing.
2️⃣ Thenpress Add a member then invite via Message
3️⃣ Enter your co-subscriber'se-mail address and send the invitation.

From your Mac :

1️⃣ Click on the Apple icon at the top left of your screen, then System Preferences
2️⃣ Then select Family Sharing in the new window
3️⃣ Finally, press "+" and enter your co-subscriber's e-mail address.

For the co-subscriber

You have received theinvitation by e-mail or SMS. Simply click on the invitation and follow the instructions.

Your account is now shared 👍🏻!
