How do I share my Canva subscription?

With Canva, you can invite your friends, family or team members to collaborate with you on a design.

Canva teams feature more powerful tools than classic free teams, such as quick clipping, image editing functions, additional graphic elements, etc. You can also assign members the role of template creator.

What's the difference between Canva Pro and Canva en Équipe?

Canva Pro is our premium application for home users. Both subscriptions give you access to the same premium features.Canva en Équipe lets you add one or more members to your team.

Invitation to share your subscription

Log in to your Canva account as usual.

Create a team from the drop-down menu on the left of your screen.

Then copy the invitation link to send to your co-subscribers to join your team.

You can also choose to invite your co-subscribers by entering their e-mail addresses.

Your co-subscribers will also be able to create designs on canva as members, but if you wish to give them access to pre-saved graphic charts you'll need to give them administrator rights.

To keep your creations separate within the same company, you can create folders in the name of each co-subscriber.

If you'd like to share a design with a member of your team: click on "Share" at the top right of your design, navigate to "Link", and choose the "can edit" option to generate a link that allows your team members to modify your design.
